Mission Statement

Rosedale Federal Savings and Loan Association has proudly served the community since its beginning in 1908. A traditional mutually-chartered savings and loan association, Rosedale Federal has continued to operate throughout its long history as a hometown financial institution, specializing in passbook savings accounts and certificates of deposit, and residential mortgage loans for homeowners.

Our mission is to provide a safe, secure place for local depositors to invest their savings, and to have their deposits reinvested in mortgage loans. This enables our depositors to earn interest on their savings deposits, and allows our borrowers to buy, build and repair their homes in our communities.

Our steadfast adherence to sound business practices and conservative, prudent management reflects in our safety ratings, which continue to be the highest of any financial institution in the United States.

Our original mission, 100 years ago, was to provide our neighbors with quality savings and loan products; it remains the same today.
