Cherie Colgan, Assistant Vice President/Business Banking Officer
Cherie has been in banking for over 20 years. She started her career with Crestar bank and has worked in various branch roles, as well as back office roles, most specifically working as an Auditor for 10 years. Cherie’s hope is that each time a customer leaves her office or the branch, that they feel as though she and her staff have provided them their undivided attention, listened to their needs, and offered them the best solution for their everyday banking needs. Cherie knows the importance of every position in the branch and it has helped her not only become a branch manager, but also truly understand what is involved with every position. It is important to her that her staff knows she’s there to help them every step of the way. Between Cherie and her staff, they have over 50 years of banking experience—that’s pretty incredible.
Committed to the community, Cherie spends a lot of time in the Rosedale area. She volunteers at XXX. She is also stays up to date on events happening in the area. This allows her to look for ways to become involved and offer help. Outside of work, Cherie loves to travel and spend time with her family and friends.
